Douglas Allen + Mr. Allen joined E3 after completing his M.S. in Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University with a concentration in energy policy analysis. Mr. Allen’s experience includes a summer fellowship at the Stockholm Environmental Institute in Sweden, and research under Professor James Sweeney on evaluating challenges to developing a hydrogen infrastructure in California. He also has a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
