Gabe Kwok

Gabe Kwok +Mr. Kwok joined E3 in 2011 after receiving his Master of Environmental Management (Energy and Environment program) from Duke University. His research involved developing an economic dispatch model of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) to quantify the generation displaced by wind power and the impact on emissions. His work at E3 includes developing an energy costing model for the University of California and assessing non-wires alternatives for Bonneville Power Administration. His experience includes energy modeling and analysis with EPA’s Air Pollution Prevention and Control Division, as well as research on low-carbon electricity generation technologies and energy efficiency with the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions. He also holds a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University.
