Amber Mahone + Ms. Mahone has expertise in energy and greenhouse gas policy evaluation and modeling, resource planning and energy efficiency.  She helped design the electricity sector greenhouse gas modeling tool used by the California Public Utility Commission.  She has also worked on long-term procurement planning issues in California and British Columbia, a multi-sector analysis of long-term greenhouse gas reductions pathways, and the economic analysis underpinning California’s building standards.   Ms. Mahone holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a B.A. in International Relations from Wellesley College.
