David Miller +Mr. Miller joined E3 after completing his B.A. in Economics at Stanford University. At E3, David has worked on cost benefit analyses of various energy storage technologies, which has included creating storage dispatch simulations and conducting market research. He is the E3 lead for the Analytica software platform. David has created publicly available Analytica cost-effectiveness models on the topic of Permanent Load Shifting in California for the CPUC. In addition, he has worked on the topic of energy efficiency quantification and cost-effectiveness. David's prior consulting experience includes an internship with A-connect in which he researched the issue of water scarcity for a European agrochemical company.
