Snuller Price + Mr. Price leads E3’s energy efficiency and climate policy practices.  He has more than 15 years of experience supporting utility, state, and federal government clients with energy efficiency and resource planning.  He is an expert in the economic assessment of distributed resources including distributed generation, co-generation, renewable energy, demand response, and energy efficiency. He is the lead developer of several utility financial tools that compare alternative distribution and transmission plans for financial risk and uncertainty, and evaluate distributed resources. Mr. Price has a M.S. in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University and a B.S. in Engineering and B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College.
