
Title 24 2013 Time Dependent Valuation
For California's Title 24 building standards, E3 is leading the development of the Time Dependent Valuation (TDV) factors for the California Energy Commission's 2013 building standards. The TDV factors are used to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of energy efficiency measures in buildings.
