GHG Tool for Buildings In California
In 2008 and early 2009, E3 received funding from the California Energy Commission (CEC) Public Interest Energy Research (PIER) program to develop a tool which estimates the time-period differentiated greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions profile of buildings in California. In December 2010, E3 corrected a calculation error affecting the greenhouse gas emissions rates in the Tool. The corrected version of the emissions rate are contained in Version 3 of the Tool and are reflected in the updated report.
