Dr. Rebecca Ghanadan + Dr. Ghanadan is a technical advisor in the areas of long-term energy scenarios, power sector institutions and reforms, and technical and public policy benefits in energy infrastructure management. Dr. Ghanadan co-authored E3’s California 2050 future energy scenarios report. She has led financial and technical benchmarking of private sector investments and public-private partnerships in developing countries. She is also an advisor on international policies to promote renewable energy and energy efficiency, including large- and small-scale systems. In addition to E3, Dr. Ghanadan has worked with the World Bank, the Nautilus Institute for Security and Sustainable Development, the Management Program in Infrastructure Reform and Regulation at the University of Cape Town, and the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Laboratory (RAEL) at the University of California. She holds a PhD in Energy and Resources from U.C. Berkeley.
