Melissa Rodas
Melissa Rodas is a member of E3’s Integrated Systems Planning practice area. She came to E3 after working as an engineer at Black & Veatch designing infrastructure in the water and power sectors. Melissa has worked with a variety of clients on renewable energy feasibility studies to help clients meet their climate and resiliency goals. Prior to her work at Black & Veatch, Melissa completed her bachelor’s degree at USC in Environmental Engineering.
Melissa has always been passionate about decarbonization and sustainability, especially after seeing the impacts of urban oil drilling during her time as a community organizer in Los Angeles.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys hiking, running, and sitting in the sun.
